Job Description:
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Functional Consultant -
Banking.
Key Responsibilities
Drive integrations and cross-functional collaboration across
internal teams
Facilitate requirement gathering, workshops, and internal customer
meetings
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure successful
project execution
Required Qualifications
Lead 4-5 ServiceNow implementations, ideally within the FSO
Insurance industry model
Proven experience as a ServiceNow contractor in functional
roles
Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow integrations and platform
capabilities
Strong background in the insurance sector, particularly with the
FSO model
CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CSM (Certified ServiceNow
Implementation Specialist) certifications highly preferred
