Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director - Senior
Economist.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, maintain, test, and validate economic forecasting models and
econometric tools
Develop expertise in specific countries and manage their economic
outlook and forecasts
Write comprehensive reports on economic trends and represent the
company at industry events
Qualifications:
Master's degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Economics, Finance,
Statistics, or a related field, with at least ten years of relevant
experience
Strong background in quantitative modeling and programming, with
knowledge of macroeconomic theory and time series econometrics
Exceptional project management and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills, capable of working independently and
in a team
Proactive and motivated, able to manage multiple tasks under tight
deadlines
