The role focuses on several systems and their integration to maximize efficiency. Responsibilities include clarifying, updating, and improving processes impacted by technological changes, mapping out system requirements to support business needs, and partnering with stakeholders, sponsors, and other business partners to identify operational and project requirements. The analyst will enhance IT services and products, manipulate data in Excel (including PivotTables and data extraction), analyze large datasets, and summarize findings and trends in comprehensive reports for leadership. • Assist the team in fulfilling department responsibilities and support short- and long-term goals.
• Provide guidance and support to department staff with escalated issues and inquiries.
• Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects and workflows, ensuring thorough and timely completion.
• Conduct research, document findings, collaborate with SMEs, and prepare reports and presentations for management.
• Participate in cross-departmental workgroups and discussions.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis, research, and reporting; update processes and procedures documentation.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all lines of business within the scope of the role.
• Perform system research and testing to ensure regulatory compliance, coding, and configuration updates are effective, documenting changes and communicating issues.
• Research and resolve complex issues and project challenges.
• Train staff on system enhancements and process improvements identified during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide analytical support and technical expertise for executive and staff requests.
• Implement security measures to protect responsibilities and data integrity.Required Experience
  • Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Accounting, or a related field; 10 or more years of experience.
  • Preferred: Master's Degree in a Technical or Financial Discipline.
