About the Role: We are seeking an energetic and reliable day porter to perform day-to-day building maintenance at our company facilities. Overall duties include removing debris, maintaining common room areas, responding to cleaning emergencies, and restocking kitchens, lobbies, and restrooms. Essential Functions Prepare conference rooms before and after important meetings Clean and restock all common room areas including kitchens, lobbies, and break rooms Monitor, clean, and service restrooms Respond to any major spills or other cleaning crises Remove litter and debris from main common rooms Help order supplies required for facility maintenance The preceding functions have been provided as examples of the types of work performed by employees assigned to this job classification. About You: Qualifications High School Diploma or the equivalent Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Proactive attitude, showing initiative and the ability to work independently Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing job requirements Strong organization skills Positive attitude and employee focus Dependability and punctuality for all CSI activities Excellent communication skills Strong reasoning ability Physical Demands May be required to sit or stand for long periods of time Work Environment Works in a climate-controlled environment Frequently works in areas with large industrial equipment subject to high noise levels May occasionally work in areas with hazardous chemicals What We Offer: Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate $25.00-$32.00/ hour (Non-Exempt) Commensurate with experience, paid weekly. Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. CSI reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the selected candidate's qualifications.
