As a Hot Forge Operator, you will: Operate forge press or hammer equipment to shape heated metal parts according to specifications Load hot metal billets into dies using tongs or automated feeding systems Monitor forge temperatures and machine settings for optimal performance Inspect parts visually and with measurement tools to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy Perform routine maintenance and support die changes and equipment setup Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols Work collaboratively with other operators, machinists, and quality personnel This is a full-time Temp-to-Hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience operating forging machinery in a manufacturing or metal fabrication setting Ability to work in a high-heat environment with proper PPE Basic understanding of forging techniques and safety practices Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift, bend, and handle heavy materials Familiarity with calipers, gauges, and blueprint reading is a plus Team-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail and work ethic Schedule: Monday ? Friday, 2nd, 2:00?PM ? 10:30?PM (with OT as needed) Pay Rate: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
