Reporting to the The Global Brand Director, the Global Brand Manager will assist in developing all brand and marketing strategy for Masimo Consumer's highest growth category - consumer health. The individual in this role will support the development and implementation of brand marketing priorities, ensuring that all campaigns, new product launches, services and experiences are well-marketed to our target consumers in all prioritized markets and critical marketplace channels, with focus on our Direct-to-Consumer channel. They will be brief owners; ensuring the brand's strategic direction is at the forefront of every initiative, big and small. This individual will partner cross-functionally with global markets and Masimo Consumer's shared services groups (Creative Services, Product Development, DTC, Legal, Channel Sales, GTM and Operations) and external agency partners to ensure outstanding and timely execution of all prioritized marketing initiatives.Accountabilities

  • Assist in translating the Masimo Consumer Health brand and the individual product launch strategies into strategic global marketing plans to achieve growth targets and create amazing relationships with consumers, both current and new.
  • Ensure global brand identity is consistent across all marketing executions and communications. Supports the organization through consumer first, brand led mentality.
  • Drive all asset and content creation, starting from briefing stage, in support of brand needs through Masimo Consumer's creative services organization or with external firms
  • Drive deeper understanding of consumer through implementation and analysis of consumer insights and analytics, leveraging key learnings to optimize brand & product strategy
  • Support the building and implementation of all traditional, performance, digital, brand, content, and PR efforts
  • Drive all asset and content creation, starting from briefing stage, in support of brand needs through Masimo Consumer's creative services organization or with external firms
  • Become a subject matter expert, ensuring all key value propositions and product features are accurately represented and communicated to the right stakeholders. This will include leading briefings to press as well internal and external training teams (including customer service).Mandatory Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree required (in marketing or related field); MBA preferred
    • 3+ years of brand management and/or digital marketing experience; DTC experience a plus, particularly with a focus digital transformation Additional / Preferred Qualifications
      • Experience in consumer tech or med tech across fitness, wellness, health, conditions, and telehealth
      • Launched at least one brand that either disrupted or created a category
      • Experience with premium products

        • Intellectually curious, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
        • Thorough understanding of end-to-end consumer marketing mix and KPIs
        • Day-to-day management of agency partners (creative, PR, media)
        • Highly organized, independent and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
        • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build solid collaborative relationships with multiple internal departments and external partners
        • Comfortable working in a less structured environment and able to hold self-accountable with processes
        • Strong PowerPoint creation and in-person & virtual presentation skills; proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel
        • Start-up mentality with comfort in a fast-paced environment, wearing multiple hats, and collaborating with different micro-cultures within the broader organization

Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, and experience.
