Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Counsel Team Contract
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain knowledge of open source usage and cybersecurity
policies
Coordinate with teams to prepare responses to RFPs and advise on
security and open-source questions
Manage information security provisions in sales-related contracts
and oversee project timelines
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 7 years of related contract management
experience
Experience reviewing and redlining complex technology
agreements
Understanding of technology sales channels and associated
agreements
Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements such as export
control and cybersecurity
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and experience with content
management tools is highly desirable
