Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Access Case Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage patient cases through the insurance authorization and appeal
process
Draft and submit appeal letters, monitor payer trends, and ensure
all appeal rights are exhausted
Communicate case status and necessary information to internal and
external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a pain management/spine prior
authorization role
Experience with reviewing clinical records and submitting prior
authorization requests
2+ years of experience utilizing software systems for task
performance
High school diploma
Ability to manage a workload of 140-160 cases
