Assisted is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Hospice division in Culver City.The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $130,000 - $150,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience.Are you a leader with entrepreneurial skills?   • Responsible for effective oversite of all internal operations of the branch
  • Responsible for continuous growth of the business by assessing local market conditions and identifying current and prospective sales opportunities
  • Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
  • Ensure continuous and successful implementation of business plans within the managed branch
  • Bring out the best of branch's personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivationWho you are:
    • Minimum of five years of supervisory or lead operational experience in health care.
    • Ability to lead by example, direct and coordinate multiple functions.
    • Great business acumen, ability to grow business and promote employee satisfaction and retention
