A company is looking for a Systems Delivery Program Manager -
UX.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, development, and maintenance of information
systems for personalized resource delivery
Collaborate with teams to translate user needs into system
functionality and conduct usability testing
Manage project timelines, vendor relationships, and budgets related
to system tools and platforms
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in information systems management, with at
least 2 years in UX or personalization
Proven ability to lead end-to-end system implementation projects
focused on user-centric outcomes
Strong understanding of personalization frameworks and content
management systems
Experience with UX design tools and knowledge of design
principles
Familiarity with APIs, data integration, and SaaS platforms
