Job Description:
A company is looking for a TikTok Video Director
(Content-Oriented).
Key Responsibilities
Write high-quality video interview scripts that align with platform
style and user preferences
Plan the overall style and content direction of interview videos,
creating detailed shooting lists
Oversee the entire production process, including pre-production,
shooting, and post-production editing
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of video directing experience, preferably in
interview production
Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere
Pro/Final Cut Pro/CapCut
Excellent analytical skills to optimize content direction based on
data insights
Heavy user of TikTok/YouTube with a keen sense of trends and
topics
Familiarity with TikTok/YouTube advertising and analytics tools
