Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Manager specializing in
interpreting services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client relationships, serving as the primary point of
contact and providing education as needed
Coordinate interpreters for on-site and video remote appointments,
ensuring timely service delivery
Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and
cross-selling services
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in
the language services or interpretation industry
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a
related field is preferred
Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and
prioritize tasks
Flexibility to adapt to changing client requirements and industry
trends
