A company is looking for a Director of People Relations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage employee relations activities and lead interventions
Conduct investigations into team member complaints and policy
violations
Design and deliver training related to people relations and
workplace ethics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent experience
Seven years of experience in team member relations and
investigations
Knowledge of employment laws and labor relations
Experience in mediation and negotiation
Ability to contribute to a diverse and inclusive work
environment
