Supervises and monitors performance of the Emergency Department staff. Interacts with the physicians, hospital staff, outside agencies, patients and patients' families/significant other(s) to provide comprehensive care.QualificationsEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
  • Must have a current and valid state license as a Registered Nurse.
  • BLS upon hire and maintain current.
  • A minimum of two years supervisory/management experience necessary.
  • Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred.
  • PALS upon hire and maintain current.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) upon hire and maintain current.
  • Minimum of three years of continuous clinical experience in a clinical/acute care setting.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), required for all hires after 1/11/2021.Facility Specific Requirements (facility May Require Items Listed Below)

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $106,308.80 to $164,174.40 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
