Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of International Moving
Services (US).
Key Responsibilities
Supervise all departments to ensure productivity, customer quality,
and team satisfaction
Develop and execute strategic initiatives to evolve the business in
the mobility landscape
Maintain reports and metrics for Senior Leadership and participate
in regular stakeholder meetings
Required Qualifications
High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's
degree a plus
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HHG or Relocation management
required
Minimum of 5 years of Customer Service experience required
Experience in metric development and management preferred
Analytics experience preferred, including data interpretation for
process improvement
