Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of Property Manager customers and develop
tailored success plans
Streamline customer journeys and ensure high levels of customer
success while preventing churn
Monitor engagement metrics and provide actionable insights to
improve customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in customer management with a focus on
retention and upselling
Proven track record of increasing renewal rates and preventing
churn
Subject matter expertise in relevant products or services
Ability to act as a trusted advisor to customers
Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow
