Key Responsibilities
Oversee the work of Managers and daily operations, including hiring
and performance management
Lead and manage cross-functional teams focused on contract
lifecycle management and operational initiatives
Establish reliable processes for contract participation cycles and
embed quality assurance across the organization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field
A minimum of 10 years experience in healthcare operations, with 6-8
years in management
Proficiency in contract management systems, such as Salesforce
Strong leadership and collaboration skills to engage
stakeholders
Exceptional analytical skills for data interpretation and action
translation
