Job Description:
A company is looking for a Plan Manager-TPA.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary customer contact for specific sponsored
plans
Resolve service and communication issues with sponsors and internal
units
Participate in relationship management and collaborate with various
teams to ensure plan alignment
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in the financial services industry
Customer service experience/skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
preferred
SPARK/ARPS Certification preferred or to be completed upon hire
