Job Description:

ResponsibilitiesThe Environmental, Health and Safety Construction Manager in San Diego, CA supports specific project needs by ensuring best practices are implemented, safety compliance requirements are met, and enhance a culture of safety.

• Oversee all aspects of a commercial construction project ensuring OSHA compliance
• Conduct risk assessments
• Complete accident reports and conduct accident investigations
• Daily safety audits and inspections
• Oversee all subcontractors and contractors
• Oversee Fall Protection, Scaffolding, LOTO, Respiratory Protection, and WeldingQualifications
  • Minimum 7 years direct construction safety experience required
  • Degree in a safety related field preferred
  • OSHA 510 and or 500 a plus
  • CHST or CSP preferred
  • Advance knowledge ofconstruction safety standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
