Job Description:

We have an immediate need for a Patient Scheduler / Appointment Setter for our busy medical clinic who will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our patients.

As a valued member of the team, the successful candidate will be professional and reliable with a great attitude and the ability to work well within a team. Minimum Qualifications:

? 2 years of experience scheduling appointments in a similar setting

? High school diploma or equivalent required

? Ability to interact well with diverse groups of people

? Computer and Internet experience; Word, Excel, PowerPoint

? Knowledge of basic medical terminology

? Excellent customer service skills

? Ability to multi-task and stay on task

? Great attitude; ability to work within a team
