Job Description:
A large Palliative Care company is currently seeking Nurse Practitioners to perform Health Assessments in the Skilled Nursing Settings. This position is Monday - Friday 8a-5pm with an "on-call rotation". Desired candidate will be able to visit SNF's in their designated area. The positions are all over Greater Los Angeles, so please specify which location you are interested in
(Santa Monica, San Gabriel Valley, East Los Angeles, South Los
Angeles, Beverly Hills)
Desired candidate will have a valid California NP license, DEA /
Furnishing license, CPR Card, Negative TB test, clear background
(including driving record). We will consider NP's that have 6
months experience or more. Pay is DOE $103k-$107k + mileage and
benefits. May consider higher with strong experience. We are an
