Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Medical Call Center
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound and make outbound calls to assist patients with
medically related inquiries
Work with carriers to ensure medication coverage for patients and
provide accurate information about prescription benefits
Document patient interactions and update records promptly and
accurately while adhering to Federal Health Care Program
guidelines
Required Qualifications
Must have 1 or more years of recent call center experience
Healthcare call center experience is a plus but not required
Must have a quiet workstation with high-speed internet and modem
access
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Must reside in Texas, Georgia, Florida, Utah, or Kentucky
