Job Description:
TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a
qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Torrance, California, 90503! Pay
Information $2,288 per week About The Position Job Title:
Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Labor and Delivery
Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience:
Minimum of 2 years required License: Valid License required
Certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Advanced, BCLS, FHM, NRP Must-Have:
Must be flexible working weekends. Must have expert precepting
skills. Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving,
Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day).
Description: Local radius is 50 miles. First-timers are accepted.
Weekend requirements depend on the length of the contract. Floating
between like units is required, including mother-baby. Open to
accommodating block schedules at manager's discretion. Local
candidates are accepted. Pending licenses are not accepted. RTO
must be included at the time of submission. The facility can call
off once per two-week pay period. Travelers must agree to float
between different facilities as needed. Background checks are
required, and any issues must be disclosed upfront. References from
supervisory personnel covering 1 year within the last 3 years are
required prior to the start of the assignment. Travelers are
expected to float between all facilities within a given state.
Refusal to float may result in termination of assignment.
Communication devices necessary for performing job duties will be
provided. If not provided, reimbursement for work-related cell
phone use may be available up to a specified limit. Modules must be
completed prior to the start of the assignment and annually.
