your career! RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the preparation of
food items. We have a diverse menu that requires speed and accurate
preparation, and you should feel proud of each item you prepare.
Our Kitchen is well designed with large working areas. We have Line
Cook positions in Salad, Fry, Sauté, Grill and Make Up, along with
Kitchen Prep Cooks. Responsible for maintaining equipment and the
cleanliness of your surroundings in the kitchen. Working as a team
to achieve standards in preparation and delivery of food items.
Prepares food with proper safety equipment, tools, and recipe
standards. Restocks kitchen and cook line as needed. Commitment to
food safety, cleanliness, job safety and sanitation standards.
Demonstrates teamwork by supporting all areas of the restaurant as
business needs arise. Teamwork is essential and expected of all
Outbackers. REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30
lbs. Able to work in hot and cold environments. Ability to walk and
stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per shift.
Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping.
Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology
systems. Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Visual ability to include distance, close, color, depth and
peripheral. Also, the ability to adjust focus as needed. The role
involves working in areas with low or dim lighting. Ability to
perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable
