Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinician Recruiter to manage
full-cycle clinician recruitment in a specified geographic
market.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the clinician recruitment process from initial outreach to
offer facilitation
Develop market-based hiring strategies to align with clinic-level
staffing needs
Build and maintain relationships with prospective clinicians,
ensuring a positive recruitment experience
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in sourcing, lead generation, and physician
recruiting
Prior experience in a startup environment, preferably in
healthcare
Familiarity with sourcing tools and ATS/CRM systems
Strong research and analytical skills for candidate engagement
Passionate about expanding access to pediatric care and working in
a mission-driven organization
