and deliver their best? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR
Director to join our healthcare organization. You will be
responsible for the smooth and profitable operation of our
company's human resources department, with a focus on achieving the
organization's mission and strategy through the people in our
organization. This role will oversee all aspects of HR practices
and processes, from talent acquisition, talent management, employee
relations, performance management, onboarding, recruitment, and
compliance. Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies
and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business
strategy. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing
demands, grievances, or other issues. Manage the recruitment and
selection process to ensure a high caliber and diverse workforce.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high
performance. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems,
tactics, and procedures across the organization. Nurture a positive
working environment by ensuring health, safety, and employment
legislation is adhered to. Oversee and administer employee benefits
programs. Report to management and provide decision support through
HR metrics. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource
management. Develop and implement a comprehensive and effective
onboarding process. Lead the development of department goals,
objectives, and systems. Provide leadership for the human resources
department team members. Manage and resolve complex employee
relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective
investigations when necessary. Qualifications: Proven working
experience as HR Director or similar HR role in the healthcare
industry (Home Care preferred) Must be Bi-lingual in English &
Spanish People-oriented and results-driven. Demonstrable experience
with HR metrics. Knowledge of HR systems and databases, including
ATS and ADP. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership
skills. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation
skills. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Proficient in conflict resolution and compliance, including
knowledge of HIPAA regulations. Experience with W2, part-time
workers, and compensation and retention strategies. Outstanding
knowledge of reporting and analytics. Degree in Human Resources or
related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
