Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Operations Director to lead
LLM and Gen AI data projects for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
Direct the end-to-end lifecycle of LLM data projects, from initial
scoping to project execution and delivery
Oversee project milestones, ensuring timelines and quality targets
are met while mitigating delivery risks
Build, mentor, and lead operations teams, fostering a culture of
excellence and accountability
Qualifications
7-10 years of experience managing complex operations projects in
client-facing roles
Experience managing and building teams
Strong understanding of large language models and AI
technologies
Knowledge of the Gen AI landscape, data collection methodologies,
and trends
Coding experience in one or more languages is desirable
