Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Technical Mentor (Executive
Coaching).
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate strategic sessions for mid-to-senior-level engineering
cohorts
Lead sessions on career progression, motivation, and new trends in
AI
Conduct 1-on-1 leadership mock interviews with engineering
management students
Required Qualifications
Director level or above with senior roles in Engineering, ML,
Product, or related functions
Deep experience in Backend, Frontend, AI, and/or ML domains
15+ years of experience in the tech industry
Comfortable speaking to highly technical, experienced engineering
professionals
Passion for mentorship and enabling others to grow
