Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of technical issues and provide effective solutions
to customers
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues related to APIs
and blockchain technologies
Collaborate with engineering, product, sales, and marketing teams
to enhance customer experiences
Required Qualifications
Hands-on troubleshooting ability with a willingness to learn and
adapt
Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including UTXO/EVMs
and PrivateKeys
Proactive and customer-first approach in a technical support
role
Familiarity with REST APIs and tools like Postman is a plus
Prior experience in technical support or startup environments is
beneficial
