flexible work culture Job Details We are seeking a dynamic and
experienced IT Change and Release Manager to join our team in the
Pharma/Healthcare sector. This individual will be responsible for
managing all aspects of the IT change and release management
lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong
understanding of ITIL processes, risk mitigation, and security
governance. This role requires a high level of technical expertise,
excellent communication skills, and the ability to work
collaboratively with multiple teams. Responsibilities: 1. Oversee
and manage all aspects of the IT change and release management
lifecycle, ensuring adherence to ITIL best practices. 2. Serve as
the primary liaison for the Change Advisory Board (CAB),
facilitating meetings and driving decision-making processes. 3.
Utilize tools such as Jira and BMC Remedy for tracking changes and
releases, and maintain the Configuration Management Database
(CMDB). 4. Implement and manage security governance processes to
ensure compliance with regulations such as SOX and HIPAA. 5.
Collaborate with various teams to manage the supply chain IT,
ensuring smooth and efficient operations. 6. Develop and implement
risk mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of changes and
releases on the organization's IT infrastructure. 7. Continually
review and improve change and release management processes,
identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing
solutions. 8. Provide regular reports to senior management on the
status of changes and releases, highlighting any potential issues
or risks. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,
Information Technology, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years
of experience in IT change and release management, preferably in
the Pharma/Healthcare industry. 3. ITIL Certification is required.
4. Proven experience with tools such as Jira and BMC Remedy. 5.
Extensive knowledge of ITIL processes, including change and release
management. 6. Strong understanding of security governance and
compliance regulations, including SOX and HIPAA. 7. Experience in
managing the IT supply chain. 8. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with
teams at all levels of the organization. 9. Strong problem-solving
skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically. 10.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
