Job Description:
A company is looking for a Litigation Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve complex, high-exposure litigated claims across
multiple jurisdictions
Direct litigation strategy and collaborate with defense counsel to
address case issues
Provide mentorship and expert guidance to less experienced claims
representatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred, or
equivalent work experience
8+ years of claims handling experience, including investigation and
negotiation of settlements
Preferred designations include Associate in Claims (AIC), AIM, and
CPCU
Texas-All Lines license preferred
A valid driver's license is required
