Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial and Product Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal guidance and transactional support to achieve
business goals while minimizing legal and regulatory risk
Draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts and
provide guidance to Product and Engineering teams
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the
success of strategic transactions and product initiatives
Required Qualifications
JD with excellent academic credentials from an accredited law
school and active membership in good standing in at least one state
bar
3+ years of combined, relevant experience in law firms,
governmental agencies, and/or in-house legal departments
Fluency in English and authorization to work in the United
States
Excellent commercial negotiation and drafting skills
Previous experience with healthcare, specifically within the
pharmaceutical supply chain, and HIPAA preferred
