Job Description:
A company is looking for a Junior Legal Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and support for existing and new business
models
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Prepare and review legal documents, including NDAs and
agreements
Required Qualifications
Degree in Law with 2-3 years of experience in a corporate legal
department or law firm
Background in digital business, privacy matters, and intellectual
property
Strategic vision and ability to analyze processes and propose
solutions
Proactive approach to achieving business goals and mitigating
risks
Fluent in English and Spanish
