Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior IP Paralegal to support its
global intellectual property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Manage U.S. and foreign patent and trademark prosecution workflows
with outside counsel
Maintain accurate IP docketing and ensure timely filings
Coordinate with internal product and engineering teams on
IP-related matters
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10+ years of experience as a patent paralegal in a law firm
or in-house legal department
In-depth knowledge of U.S. and international patent prosecution
processes
Strong docketing and data management skills
Bachelor's degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent
experience
Experience with IP management systems
