A company is looking for a Litigation Attorney to join their
team.
Key Responsibilities
Draft motions, briefs, and conduct legal research and writing
Support litigation efforts for corporate healthcare clients
Engage in varied assignments with national and international
companies and law firms
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in litigation, preferably from top or
mid-tier law firms
Strong background in litigation with a top law school preferred
Experience in medical malpractice litigation is a plus but not
required
Tennessee bar license is required
Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including part-time or
full-time options
