We have an outstanding career opportunity for a driven, successful leader with 2-5 years of increasing supervisory responsibility in the Manufacturing/Distribution fields. This position offers a competitive salary, bonus potential and a benefit package. The Opportunity: Duties will be: Pre-Shift meetings Stretching exercises before each shift. Safety observations Support management Coaching Training Communication with leadership This is the next step in an associate's path to management You will learn al all aspects of receiving /unloading or loading operations within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision Work with a high level of direct contact with customer's staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasis is placed on the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner Oversee a specified area within work environment to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and implement necessary corrective actions. Ensures quality standards are met by inspecting the assembly processes and evaluating finished goods. Maintain all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes. Run production line with safety and efficiency as priorities. Monitor production schedules based on materials and staffing availability and adjust as needed to meet demand. Requirements: High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate 2 years of supervisory / leadership experience in an industrial setting. Mechanically inclined with experience utilizing various power tools. Ability to train, coach, and mentor production associates. Ability to simultaneously perform multiple tasks. Ability to solve problems and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
