Job Description Job Description Job Title: Quality Inspector Job Description As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for sorting small LCD displays and meticulously looking for visual defects on very small components. You will follow provided test instructions and insert displays into a test fixture, checking for visual indicators to ensure quality assurance. Responsibilities Sort small LCD displays and inspect them for visual defects. Follow detailed test instructions to ensure quality standards are met. Insert displays into test fixtures and monitor visual indicators for defects. Utilize measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers to ensure precision. Conduct final inspections of headsets and perform functional testing. Essential Skills 1-3 years of experience in quality inspection. Proficiency in using calipers and micrometers. Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused attitude. Ability to inspect micro-components for visual defects with good eyesight. Fine manual dexterity for handling very tiny and fragile parts. Computer literacy is essential. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to work with plastic and metal components. Experience with testing and measuring tools. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlsbad, California. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
