Job Description:
A company is looking for a Specialty Clinic Coding Specialist
(Non-Exempt) to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze medical records to assign appropriate diagnoses
and procedure codes
Ensure compliance with the Standards of Ethical Coding and official
coding guidelines
Utilize coding classification systems and maintain knowledge of
relevant coding updates
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
3 years of coding experience in ICD-10-CM and HCPCS/CPT coding in
healthcare settings
High school diploma
Relevant certifications such as RHIT, RHIA, CCS, CPC, or CIRCC
Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT/HCPCS coding systems, and
related healthcare coding standards
Ability to meet physical demands related to data entry tasks
