Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Specialist Contractor.
Key Responsibilities
Complete and follow through on tasks assigned by the Brokerage
Operations department and Designated Broker
Perform contract reviews to ensure legal and contractual compliance
of real estate transactions
Communicate effectively with agents regarding document deficiencies
and provide assistance
Required Qualifications
Must be licensed and based in the state of Nevada
Experience with real estate contracts in Nevada
Familiarity with the company's tools, technology, and communication
methods
Ability to review files in the Transaction Management System within
48 hours
Experience with contracts in both North and South Nevada is a
plus
