Job Description:
A company is looking for a Resident Producer with a Property and
Casualty License.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with insurance needs, including quoting policies
and purchases
Provide exceptional customer service and manage inbound
inquiries
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
while collaborating to achieve team sales goals
Required Qualifications
Must have an active Producer Property and Casualty License in
Arizona
Must reside within 70 miles of the Phoenix, AZ hub
Must be available for a 6-week virtual training program and adhere
to the work schedule
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate empathy
and drive
High-speed internet access is required; Wi-Fi is not permitted
