Job Description:
A company is looking for an Escrow PMI Specialist III to manage
mortgage insurance servicing tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with investor guidelines for loans with mortgage
insurance
Conduct reviews of inquiries and complaints, providing timely
responses and reporting trends
Process and reconcile mortgage insurance payments and
documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage loan servicing,
preferably with mortgage insurance experience
Strong knowledge of investor guidelines and processing systems
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a
high-volume environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
