Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Incident Commander in Site
Reliability Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Manage high-severity incidents and lead response teams for timely
resolution
Train teams on incident response protocols and improve incident
management processes
Conduct postmortem sessions, track improvements, and communicate
updates to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in incident management and SRE or Security
Operations, preferably in a SaaS environment
Strong technical background to understand complex systems and
troubleshoot issues
Experience with postmortem processes and continuous improvement
methodologies
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage
multiple priorities
Must be able to work in the US
