Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payment Operations Specialist to join
their Digital Payments team in a remote or hybrid capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the KYC process and client onboarding efforts, ensuring
accurate risk tier assignments
Monitor transactions for potential fraud, investigate flagged
transactions, and take appropriate actions
Maintain and update fraud detection rules, track performance
metrics, and address transaction-related support requests
Required Qualifications
2+ years of relevant experience in payment operations, fraud
prevention, or financial services
Strong interest in the payments industry or financial services
Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, or
similar) is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and
integrity
