Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Team Lead to manage a team of
orthodontic claims specialists.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise a team of 7-12 claims specialists in managing insurance
claims, denials, and follow-ups
Monitor performance metrics and drive team success while ensuring
adherence to claims processing best practices
Provide coaching and mentorship, facilitate training initiatives,
and promote a high-performance culture
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in claims processing within the dental or
orthodontic industry
Prior leadership or supervisory experience is preferred
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Sheets or MS
Excel
Ability to adapt to change and drive process improvements
Experience in mentoring and developing team members
