Job Description:
A company is looking for a Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist
Spanish Speaking Bilingual Preferred (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Provide quality service to resolve loan problems and enhance
financial relationships
Assist with loan correction requests and perform necessary
adjustments in the system
Educate callers on loan processes, regulations, and maintain
detailed knowledge of consumer loan products
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum of one year customer service or contact center experience
required
Minimum of one year banking or financial experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
Basic computer operating skills and proficiency in Microsoft
Office
Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute preferred
