Job Description:
A company is looking for a CPACE Underwriter.
Key Responsibilities
Spearhead evaluation and underwriting of lending opportunities,
creating summary credit memoranda
Prepare quote sheets, term sheets, and manage transaction processes
for projects
Collaborate with capital markets and portfolio management teams on
financial modeling for CPACE assets
Required Qualifications
Minimum of three years in commercial real estate underwriting
CPACE lending experience preferred but not required
Proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and cashflow
analysis
Demonstrated project management skills in team settings
Ability to self-manage and prioritize a significant volume of
tasks
