Job Description:
A company is looking for a Crisis Counselor, fully remote in Ann
Arbor, MI.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with individuals over the phone to provide support for
emotional distress or mental health challenges
Assess and mitigate risk while maintaining accurate documentation
and providing resources as needed
Maintain a secure, HIPAA-compliant workspace and stay calm while
multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or
university
Minimum of 1 year direct experience in Behavioral Health or Social
Services
Strong background in psychology, social work, counseling, or a
related behavioral healthcare field
Experience in crisis support or similar roles is highly valued
Ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality in all
interactions
