Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Executive to expand their
marketplace by engaging traditional property owners.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify leads by researching potential property
owners
Conduct outreach through cold calling, emailing, and networking
Host discovery calls and meetings to understand property owners'
needs and goals
Required Qualifications
Proven success in B2B or B2C sales, particularly in real estate or
property management
Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with
property owners
High level of self-discipline and motivation to work independently
in a remote environment
Familiarity with real estate markets and property management
dynamics
Comfortable using CRM systems and virtual communication
platforms
