Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chief of Staff to the SVP of Strategy
& Ops.
Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional, high-impact initiatives and operationalize
strategic imperatives
Design and evolve the operating model for Strategy & Ops, ensuring
integration into strategic planning
Serve as a liaison between teams and support decision-making for
the SVP
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in business operations, strategic program
management, or Chief of Staff roles
Experience managing executive-level operations or complex programs
across multiple functions
Proven success in managing high-visibility initiatives in evolving
organizational environments
Prior work with executive leadership or strategy teams is strongly
preferred
Deep alignment with the company's mission and values
