Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operational Exam & Business Support
Analyst - Consumer Complaints.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate regulatory exam activities and cross-functional
interactions for the Consumer Complaint Management Program
Act as the subject matter expert for complaint-related topics,
managing the collection and delivery of examination materials
Drive the regulatory examination process and communicate findings
to senior leadership
Required Qualifications
1 year of experience at the company or 3+ years in complaints
programs within the financial services industry
Expertise in regulatory compliant complaint handling processes and
banking regulations
Proficiency in Excel/Tableau for data analysis and presentation
Demonstrated ability to manage projects and build strategies with
limited information
Strong organizational skills and experience working with various
stakeholders
